Food Bank
Each Month
Third Tuesday 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Third Wednesday 9:00 am - Noon
Our church offers those in the community the opportunity to come and receive various groceries at no cost to them through our food bank ministry. Bethel CCC, with the help of our sister church (Bradleytown Community Church), is so blessed to be able to offer this food ministry to those in our area who could use a helping hand. Through this opportunity to serve our neighbors and friends, we offer not only groceries to feed one’s body, but also offer comforting words and encouragement by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to feed one’s soul. Children's Ministries
We currently have a special part of our service dedicated specifically for
the youth of the church. In addition, there are Sunday School classes offered prior to the worship service, along with our yearly Vacation Bible School program that takes place during the summer. Bethel is currently working on adding more weekly and monthly activities to help grow our children in their faith as they learn to love the Lord with all their heart, mind, and soul. We believe in providing a Biblical worldview of truth,
through the study of God’s Holy Word and the sharing of His Good News.
Music Ministry
Psalm 150: 1-6 Says we are to “Praise the Lord!” with trumpet sounds, lutes, harps, tambourines, strings, and pipes. So, be prepared because here at Bethel we have a Praise Team that leads us in worship on Sunday mornings and incorporates multiple talents. Praise Team members meet throughout the week to practice as the team expands in members as well as its song selection. If you have an appreciation for both praise music and classic hymns, then we invite you to give our service a try as we lift our voices together and share our talents to Praise Him!
Hospitality Team
1 Peter 4: 9 says we are to show hospitality to one another. We are blessed to have a team that has been called to live this scripture out. With a loving spirit our team joyfully shares the Love of Christ in ways that encourages and welcomes others. There is no better news than the message of Hope offered by Jesus Christ. We wish to share the Love and Joy that Jesus offers with everyone. Have you been called to be an encourager to those in need? If yes, then prayerfully consider joining the Hospitality Team.
Quilters Corner
Our quilters are some of the finest in the area and they are always welcoming to newcomers. This is an opportunity for folks to learn and grow in the skill of quilting with some very talented individuals. Quilting is truly an art that requires both patience and practice. If you love to quilt or have an interest in learning this time-honored skill, then prayerfully consider joining our quilters group. Be sure you are ready to quilt and laugh with the crew while building some new friendships. This group meets every Wednesday from 9am to 1200pm.
Scrapbooking
Calling all scrapbookers: we have a group for you! Our scrapbooking group meets every month to enjoy food, fun, fellowship, and of course…scrapbooking! Whether you're new to the scrapbooking world or a seasoned scrapper, come and join this fun group. It is the perfect opportunity to learn the latest techniques and newest trends in the scrapbooking world. This talented group meets one Saturday a month.
